Te Kamaka (TK) Howden is a dynamic loose forward from Feilding, New Zealand. He made his Super Rugby debut for the Highlanders in 2025, adding strength and versatility to the team.

In 2025, Howden quickly established himself as a strong presence in the Highlanders forward pack, impressing with his work rate, physicality, and ability to influence games around the park.

His performances were recognised with selection in the 2025 Māori All Blacks squad, marking his third year in the jersey. He also earned a call-up to the All Blacks XV, reflecting his strong form throughout the season.

Heading into 2026, Howden will be looking to build on his impressive season.

My older brother played for the Highlanders, so I’m excited to join him.
