Social Media and Content Producer

About the position;

Come join the Highlanders Marketing Team and support the growth of the Highlanders brand through content creation, storytelling, and scheduling of social media channels.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, this role will be lead support of the overall digital and social media strategy to grow and retain audiences by selling memberships, tickets, and increasing brand awareness and equity.

Commercial Assistant

About the position;

Reporting to the Head of Sponsor Relations, the Commercial Assistant will assist with the retention, acquisition, delivery and leveraging of all Commercial Partnerships. This role will be the lead point of contact for relevant sponsors and establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

This is an exciting position to hit the ground running and build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities of the position include;

  • Account Management including ensuring the timely and successful delivery of service to clients’ needs and objectives
  • Reporting and Administration such as keeping track of and updating various commercially sensitive Highlander’s statistics
  • Signage, ticketing, hospitality, and events, working with a variety of parties to execute activations across the season

Performance Nutrition Internship (unpaid) 

About the position;

Reporting to the Lead Performance Nutritionist, the Performance Nutrition Intern will gain practical experience in a professional rugby environment and learn from world class practitioners. The purpose of this role is to assist the Lead Performance Nutritionist with the day to day running of the programme for the 2023 season (beginning in December 2022). 

This internship would be best suited to a Masters or Post Graduate Performance Nutrition student. 

Key responsibilities of the position include;

  • Assisting the Lead Performance Nutritionist to deliver a high quality nutrition programme across the Highlanders Club (including High Performance and Under 20s programmes)
  • Hands-on management of refuelling, recovery and maintenance stations
  • Assisting with game day nutrition programme delivery
  • Assisting with delivery of supplement programme
