Yes, wheelchair access and mobility restricted memberships are available. These memberships are only available to purchase through Highlanders HQ. Please email ticketing@highlanders.net.nz or call 03) 479 9280. The stadium has seven mobility car parks, you must have a mobility pass to use these parks. These parks are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved.
To qualify as a child in the Gold, Silver or All Action General Admission seating areas the child must be aged 13 years or under.
To qualify as a Secondary Student in the Gold, Silver or All Action General Admission seating areas the child must be aged 18 years or under and at Secondary School.
Children aged 2 or under are admitted free of charge when accompanied and seated on the lap of a parent or guardian.
Yes, you can. If you can’t attend a game you are able to give your membership cards to a family or friend to use. Please note that standard entry conditions of the relevant memberships will apply.
Parking is available on the streets surrounding Forsyth Barr Stadium and at Wilson/DCC car parking lots in the area. The Forsyth Barr Stadium carpark is not available to Highlanders Members. The stadium has seven mobility car parks, you must have a mobility pass to use these parks. These parks are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
We recommend taking public transport, taxi’ing or walking from the CBD.
As a Highlanders Member you will have the first right to purchase your allocated membership seats for any home final series game hosted at Forsyth Barr Stadium. Information on how to purchase your seats will be provided at the time.
Highlanders Members get access to a Super Rugby pre-sale before tickets are made available to the public. Information on how to access this presale will be sent out via email closer to any All Blacks game.
RENEWING ENQUIRIES

You will need the email addressed connected to the account and your Ticketek Memberlink Password to renew.
If you have forgotten your password, simply click “Forgotten your password?” and enter your member number to receive a reset password link to the email you have linked to your account.
Once reset you will be able to log in to renew your membership. Your 2025 Membership seats will be on hold for you to purchase.

All previous season seats will be held for renewal until 5pm Friday 7th November. Seating assignment after this date will no longer be guaranteed.
If you wish to change your current membership, please contact ticketing@highlanders.net.nz with your request.
Once you log in to memberlink you will be asked to review and update all personal details. You can also contact ticketing@highlanders.net.nz to advise of any changes.
MEMBERSHIP CARDS
If you are purchasing more than one membership, you have the option to add secondary member accounts in Memberlink and assign names to each membership in your order. You can use the same email address & contact details as the main account holder if you wish.
To create your secondary member accounts, please click "Add Secondary Account Member' and enter the details in the required field for secondary member and click save.
Repeat this process for any additional memberships and click ‘continue’ when complete. Assign a name(s) against each membership package on the payment page by clicking the drop down menu beside each membership.
Membership packs will be sent out before Christmas, if purchased before 1 December, and before 10th February if purchased after 1 December. If any of the membership details are printed incorrectly on your member card, please contact the Membership team on 03) 4799280 or email ticketing@highlanders.net.nz for a replacement card. Fees may apply.
If you forget or lose your membership card on game day, you can still access the game. Please go to the Ticketek box office who will print you a paper ticket to access the game. If you have lost your Members card, please email membership@highlanders.net.nz or call 03) 479 9280. There is a $15 card replacement fee.
