Biography
Twin brother of Peter, Thomas Umaga-Jensen came to the Highlanders in 2017 for a change of scene in the wider training group. Umaga-Jensen then joined the University Rugby Club side in the Dunedin premier competition for some impressive appearances, before returning to Wellington to play in the Mitre Ten Cup. After another season ending shoulder injury, Thomas will be looking to impress the coaching staff for a chance to get some regular starting time if he can become fit midway through the season.
