Otago lock Josh Dickson has played solid rugby over the past few seasons and looks to be maturing into a fine, young athlete. He debuted for the Highlanders in 2017 with an impressive performance against the British & Irish Lions where he played a vital role, especially in the closing lineouts, during the latter moments of the game where the team secured the historic win.
Josh earned his first Super Rugby cap in 2018 and will be wanting to challenge the competitive locking stocks to add to his current cap tally. As a tall, athletic lock he will again benefit from a solid season of Bunnings NPC rugby with Otago.
The Australian born lock was recognised for his good run of form by gaining selection in the Māori All Blacks squad for the July tests with Manu Samoa.
